About Irondale Fire Rescue Department:
Irondale Fire & Rescue proudly protects 4600 people living in an area of 73 square miles. We operate out of one station that protects a primarily rural area. Our department is a public department whose members are on a paid per call status.
Irondale Fire Rescue Department, founded in 1950, serves the Village of Irondale, Saline Township, and Brush Creek Township, Ohio. We have 33 members, at various levels. We have Fire Fighters, EMTs, Paramedics, First Responders, Social & Junior department members. We are a municipal department that is tax base funded.
